No. All of our sessions and materials are general and educational. We share information about how documents are commonly kept and organised, but we do not provide individual advice of any kind. Families needing personal guidance on legal, financial, or other matters should consult a qualified professional.

Sessions are typically two to three hours, depending on the volume of materials and the pace at which a family wishes to work. We do not rush the process — the aim is for participants to feel clear and settled by the end of the session, not overwhelmed.

The workshop is designed for anyone in a family who would like a better understanding of how records are typically kept and organised across generations — from older adults thinking about their household papers to younger family members interested in understanding what their family holds. No prior knowledge is needed.

Members receive ongoing access to a collection of general templates, checklists, and information sheets covering common approaches to keeping family records. Materials are updated periodically and are designed for long-term household use. Everything provided is general information — not tailored to any individual situation.
