Lineagely began in Sukhothai in 2019 when its founder, Priya Watcharaporn, noticed a recurring difficulty among older households in the region: families held years of important papers — property documents, identification records, handwritten notes — but had no simple, accessible system for keeping them in order. When the time came to locate a specific paper, it was often a slow and stressful process.
The response was not to create something complicated, but to offer a gentle, organised alternative. A way for families to sit down, identify what they hold, and understand how it all fits together — with no obligation to do more than that. From the beginning, all materials and sessions have been general and educational, never advising on personal matters.
Since then, Lineagely has quietly grown through word of mouth, working with households across Sukhothai province and the wider Northern Thailand region. The practice remains small by design, because that is what allows each family to feel heard rather than processed.

Priya has spent over a decade helping households in Northern Thailand understand how their documents are organised and what practical systems can make that easier over time.

Workshop Coordinator
Niran designs and delivers the Records Timeline Workshop programme, making complex record-keeping concepts straightforward for families with no prior knowledge.
Suda Maneerak
Archive Resources Manager
Suda manages the member resource library, keeping templates and checklists current, clear, and genuinely useful for households at different stages of their organisation work.

Strict Information Boundary
All sessions and materials are general and educational. Personal guidance on any matter is outside our scope, and we are clear about this with every family we work with.
Discreet & Careful Handling
We treat household records with full discretion. Nothing observed during a session is shared, discussed with third parties, or retained beyond what the family asks us to assist with.
Regularly Reviewed Materials
Our checklists and templates are reviewed at least twice a year to reflect common changes in document categories and household record-keeping conventions in Thailand.
No-Pressure Sessions
We never push families to do more than they are ready to do. If a session ends before all materials are covered, we work at whatever pace the household finds comfortable.
Education-Led Design
Every session is structured around learning rather than transaction. Families leave with a better understanding of their records, not just a file sorted for them by someone else.
Local & Accessible
We are based in Sukhothai and work primarily with families in Thailand. Sessions can be held in our Singhawat Road space or arranged with households at a convenient location.
